The Governing Executive Board / Bordi Ekzekutiv
- Definition: Full Members elected by the Assembly to oversee, guide, and manage FLOSSK's executive direction and policy-making.
- Eligibility: Must have been an active FLOSSK member for at least one (1) year in high moral, ethical, and professional standing.
- Responsibilities:
- Formulate global policy and strategic partnerships.
- Strategic resource development and fundraising to secure organizational sustainability.
- Monitor monthly administrative tasks and provide governance oversight for the Director and Staff.
