Board Elections

  • Taulant Ramabaja resigned from FLOSSK Board.
  • Bernard Nikaj resigned from FLOSSK Board.
  • Arianit Dobroshi became FLOSSK's Board Pressident.
  • Besfort Guri became FLOSSK Board member.
  • Gent Thaçi took the role of Community Manager.

New Rules

New rules declared by the new President and agreed by the board and other members:

  • Every FLOSSK member should be running a project or be part of an Open Source Project to represent FLOSSK and help the development and translation of that project in Albanian, all this so that he keeps the member role in the Community. The ones who no longer contribute in FLOSSK are no longer FLOSSK members.
    • Members have time till August 10th to get a project.

Reports/Ideas/Suggestions

  • Recap of Members, what they did in last months
  • Altin Ukshini mentioned the new made flossk.org website.
  • Arianit Dobroshi suggested to start working for Software Freedom Kosova Conference from now.
  • Bernard Nikaj said that about 400 wikipedia articles have been written by his students at the UP
  • Sami Frasheri School has shown interest for a FLOSSK presentation.
